| Jim Hicks, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | ||

Jim brings experience with heavy focus in finance. Prior to starting Ardent Energy Group, he was Vice President of Finance and controller with Tiger Lines LLC. Mr. Hicks was responsible for all financial planning, reporting and accounting. He worked closely with lending institutions in securing financing and financial management. Prior to that he had work with many corporations in similar positions. Mr. Hicks holds B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver, Colorado. | Atkilt Girma, V.P farm operations Ethiopia | ||
| Atkilt is an agronomist by training and brings a heavy focus in Agriculture and team management. Prior to joining Ardent Energy Group, he served as a Vice Dean of the faculty of “Dry-land Agriculture and Natural Resources”. Prior to that he was the head of a government Water Resources Development Bureau. Atkilt has served as a soils and Agronomy expert and team leader with the Ethiopian Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. He was involved in the identification, study and design of medium scale dams and diversion structures for irrigation purposes on more than 20 projects. Prior to that he was a field inspector with the Ethiopian Seed Corporation involved in the breeding of seeds and seed quality control. He has an extensive research experience and has published numerous papers. Mr. Girma holds a Diploma in Plant Science and Technology from the Awassa College of Agriculture; a Bachelor of Science (with distinction) in Plant Science from Alemaya University , Ethiopia and a Master of Science (with distinction), in Geo-informatics as applied to land Degradation Conservation and Rehabilitation from the Institute of Aerospace field survey and Geosciences, Enschede, the Netherlands. | Jim Shoemaker is the Vice President of Logistics for AEG. He is responsible for ensuring the company’s products are distributed effectively and efficiently across all markets. He will work directly with clients assuring their utmost satisfaction. Mr. Shoemaker has a strong background in logistics management, farm operations, and financial services from owning his own companies and working for others. Jim Shoemaker’s entrepreneurial knowledge and collective experience from array of different fields will help AEG ensure product quality and delivery in a timely fashion. He will be dedicated to helping solidify the logistics of Ardent Energy Group, Inc. Mr. Shoemaker graduated from Harbor City College in Business Administration.
